The Art & Science of Microblading
The process involves using a manual tool with tiny blades that is dipped into pigment and is then carefully deposited into the skin making small incisions that resemble hair. The pigment is implanted into the epidermis layer, which is the outermost layer of the skin. Since Microblading works in the epidermis layer of the skin, it’s considered semi-permanent because it fades over time. Traditional tattoo works in the deeper layer of the skin, called the dermis layer – which is why it’s permanent.
